Before you leave and start hitting the gym hard, I want to teach you about the 3 principles of body building. These are very important to know and understand when it comes to building muscle. After you implement and learn all of these into your workout routine, you won’t be disappointed. They are essentially the building blocks of muscle building, and without them, you might as well not work out. You will not see the results without them.
The first step is muscle stimulation. This is what the exercises at the gym are going to do. Any exercise that you do will work the muscle. If you want muscle growth, you need to make it work harder than its used to. Then it will simply adjust to the weight and grow. This is why it is so important to keep increasing the amount of weight you lift, because if you want to keep stimulating and growing your muscles each time.
Step two is nutrition. This could be the most important part of muscle gaining, and it gets the least amount of attention. You won’t be putting normal gas in a sports car would you? No you use premium fuel, so why eat junk food or supplements? It’s the same thing, just eat some good healthy food 4-6 times a day. Find a good meal plan for yourself.
Step 3 is very easy to do, rest more. Do this by making yourself sleep 6-8 hours at least. This is important because you must give your body time to repair itself and use the nutrients you have provided for it. If you aren’t resting properly, then you are hindering your results. Just start getting natural and healthy sleeps, so you will start seeing better results.
Lastly, you should consider a muscle building program. You should take a second and read about No Nonsense Muscle by Vince Delmonte. Workout guides, nutrition plans and all aspects of muscle building are covered. You could check out the Vince Delmonte review.
